Records Management

The Records Division is the repository of all Department generated records which is under the supervision of Sergeant Chris Forrester. Its primary focus is to ensure the integrity of the Department’s records and to maintain these records in a variety of informational systems to be retrieved as needed. These records are kept in accordance with SLED policies.

Services

The Records Division provides customer service to the public and police officers by providing information and support services. This includes requests for Incident Reports, Traffic Collision Reports, and Arrest Reports.

If you would like to request a copy of a report, you may do so through email, through phone at 864-848-2161, or in person at the Police Department during normal business hours.
