CDV 1st : Minimum fine of $1000.00 + court cost = $2150.00
Maximum fine of $2500.00 + court cost = $5262.50
OR
Imprisonment not more than 30 days.
The court may suspend all or part of the fine, conditioned upon the
completion of a program designed to treat batterers.
