The City of Greer, Disabled American Veterans Chapter 39 of Greer, and Vietnam Veterans of America, Inc. Foothills Chapter 523 of Greenville will celebrate all veterans of the U.S. Armed Forces and their families during a program Nov. 7 at Victor Veterans Memorial Park in Greer.

The ceremony will include a welcome by Greer Mayor Rick Danner at 11 a.m., a flag retirement, and music by the Upstate Senior Concert Band, The New Generation, John Boy & The Sound Factory, and J.D. Michals & Tequila Sheila.  The South Carolina National Guard will also provide three armored vehicles for inspection.

A tent and seating will be provided, and food will be available from Dickey's BBQ.
