Police & Municipal Court Complex

The facility will house all police and municipal court operations,
the Greenville County Magistrate for Greer, an on-site training facility, records,
and a secure prisoner transport system. It is scheduled for occupancy on July 1, 2008.

City Hall & City Park Complex

Offering "one stop" service for the citizens of Greer, the new City Hall will be home to multiple operations of city government. The facility also will provide community event space for meetings, social events, and private gatherings. It is scheduled for occupancy on July 1, 2008. Adjacent to City Hall is City Park, which will feature walking trails, a children's playground, a picnic shelter, a pond, gardens, tree-lined promenades, fountains, open lawn areas, a multi-purpose field, and an outdoor amphitheater.
