City of Greer Job Openings
Summer Camp Counselors Application deadline: April 25, 2008
The City of Greer is currently accepting applications for summer Camp Counselors in the Parks and Recreation Department. Responsibilities include: Overseeing and planning activities for youth, ages 6-15 years of age; Staff will be responsible for organizing and implementing games and themed activities related to the camp. The staff may be individually responsible for small groups of youth or involved in large group activities.
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and attending or graduated from high school. Must be certified in CPR and first aid (classes may be offered). Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.
Minimum salary: $7.50 hour
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day, vary between 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Summer Camp dates: June 9 – August 15 (closed June 30 – July 4)
