When the City of Greer began soliciting feedback from customers about their experiences in dealing with different city departments, the goal was to improve customer service wherever possible.
Providing a customer service experience that exceeds expectations remains the goal the survey program, which invites residents, business owners, and visitors to comment on paper or online about their experiences.
Customer service surveys and locked collection boxes are available at all city offices. Guests may prefer the option of completing a survey online, if desired. All information submitted is confidential and personal information is only required if follow up to a comment is desired.
