Christmas... really?  The Greer Jaycees know the holidays will be here before you know it and they're already looking ahead to December by accepting applications for the 2011 Christmas Parade.

This year's parade is themed "The Magic of Christmas" and will roll down West Poinsett St. on December 4.  Both commercial and non-commercial entries are being accepted and the Jaycees will rent a float to any interested business or organization.

The deadline (without incurring a $50 late registration fee) is November 29.  A complete list of parade rules and a registration form is available by e-mailing greerjaycees@gmail.com or by calling (864) 416-1002.
