The Greer Cultural Arts Council serves the Greater Greer Community by establishing and making available performing arts opportunities. It strives to assemble existing talent as well as to discover, attract, and develop new performers.  This endeavor is open to all persons regardless of their age, creed, ethnicity, gender, or socio-economic background.
