Summer Adventure Camp 2008
"C.S.I Camp"
Registration ends for this years adventure on Monday, May 23rd ,2008 from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm and concludes when all slots are filled.
Cost is $450.00 per child ages 6-11 for our junior camp and $525.00 per child ages 12-15 for our new teen camp. The camp will run from June 9th - August 15th, with camp being closed June 30th - July 4th in observance of the Independence Day Holiday. We will take 55 kids for our junior camp and 25 for our teen camp. If we do not fill all of the slots for our teen camp, we will accept more registrations for our junior camp.
Camp runs from 8:00 am until 6:00 pm and will be held at the Gym @ Victor Park, the old Victor Baptist Church gym on 108 South Line Street! We're excited about this years summer camp and hope to see you all there ready to solve crimes and mysteries with us!

REC. Readers Summer Book Club:
The City of Greer Parks and Recreation Department will offer the Summer Reading Program once again this year free of charge for grades kindergarten through eighth grade. For more information on this program, please contact Wes Harbin @ 848-2192 or by email wharbin@cityofgreer.org
Piano classes and tutoring services provided through this one of a kind program. The classes meet every Monday afternoon from 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm at the Tryon Street Recreation Center on 226 Oakland Avenue, Greer, SC 29650. For more information on this program, please cotact KAY YOUNG at 542-4246.
Creative Advancement After School Programs:
A new after school program is being offered through the Greer Recreation Department by Creative Advancement. The program is being offered Monday though Friday 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm at the Gym @ Victor Park. For more information regarding this program, please contact Dan Dudley at 423-7555.
*PARENT'S NIGHT OUT*
Parents! Don't miss out on this wonderful opportunity. It is designed for kids ages 4-12 and runs every third Friday of the month from 6:00pm - 10:00 pm at The Gym @ Vicor Park. The kids will enjoy fun activities, pizza parties, games, arts n' crafts and much more! Registration is $10.00 per child and must be prepaid at least one week in advance! If you do not register in advance, the cost will be $15.00 per child at the door. We will not hold Parent's Night Out if we do not have at least 10 kids pre-registered. If we do not have any registrants, we will not be able to hold the program. The only way we will be able to accept "at the door registrations" is if we have enough pre-registered kids. Space is limited to 30 kids so hurry and sign-up today for the following dates:
