Although a permit is not required for any City of Greer resident to hold a yard sale at his or her residence, that resident must inform Greer City Hall in advance of the date and time of the sale.  A maximum of 12 yard sales may be held at any residence during any calendar year.  Residents may conduct a yard sale over a two-day period (either Thursday and Friday OR Friday and Saturday).  Please note that yard sales may not be held on Sundays in the City of Greer.
