Mac Arnold & Plate Full O' Blues to kick off Tunes in the Park on June 15
Six weeks of music, dancing and the return of Greer Idol await visitors to Tunes in the Park to be held Friday evenings at the Greer City Park Amphitheater through July 27.

Mac Arnold & Plate Full O' Blues headlines the free music series on June 15. The 2018 series debut will also feature opener James Tucker, whose folk and blues sound is quickly earning him fans across the upstate.

Tunes in the Park opens at 5 p.m. with food trucks and inflatables in the park. Tucker takes the stage at 6 p.m. for a one hour set, followed by the return of Greer Idol. Arnold, who in 2014 was awarded an honorary doctor of music degree from the University of South Carolina and was a 2017 inductee into the Alabama Blues Hall of Fame, takes the stage with Plate Full O' Blues at 7:30.

Greer Idol contestants return at 8:30, followed by a second set by Mac Arnold & Plate Full O' Blues at 9.
