Request a Business Milestone Honor
The City of Greer is proud to recognize the businesses that serve our residents and visitors.
Whether celebrating a grand opening or growing along with the City for more than a century, the business community is the backbone of our great community. We want to celebrate significant milestones for local businesses as we continue to recognize the City of Greer as a great place to live, work and do business.
Greer City Council will recognize the following businesses upon request for the following milestones:
25-year, 50-year and 75-year recognition
A personalized plaque from the Mayor and Greer City Council will be presented at a scheduled Council Meeting, or at the business on a mutually-agreed date.
100-year recognition
This special milestone will be acknowledged with a personalized crystal award at a scheduled Council Meeting, or at the business on a mutually-agreed date.
125-year, 150-year and 175-year recognition
A framed proclamation signed by the Mayor will be presented at a scheduled Council Meeting, or at the business on a mutually-agreed date.
All awards will be suitable for display to represent the pride and appreciation the City of Greer has for its respected business community. To request a recognition for your business, please complete and submit the online form here.
