The Center for the Arts is the perfect rental space for arts-lovers!
The Center for the Arts features a variety of spaces; A performance venue, a dance classroom, a ceramics studio, a visual arts classroom, an art gallery, a small kitchen, and seven studios rented by artists in residence.
The auditorium seats approximately 125 in front of a spacious wooden stage fitted with state-of-the-art theatrical lighting and sound equipment. The catering kitchen features a concessions window that opens out to the performing arts lobby just outside the auditorium. The Green Room adjoined to the auditorium can also be utilized as a small dance classroom. The facility also features two additional classrooms; the ceramics studio and a general visual arts classroom space.
Seven artists in residence have their own studios at the Center for the Arts, with their own artwork displayed on the walls across from their studios. An additional 62 feet of art gallery hanging space runs throughout the facility and exhibitions are rotated bi-monthly.
Outside, a beautifully landscaped park with lots of trees and walking trails can be viewed from large windows all around the building. The park also features a small amphitheater and a modern, sculptural playground.
