Polling sites changed for two Greer precincts

The Greenville County Elections Office has announced changes to two polling locations for the upcoming November 2 election.


The Granite Creek precinct polling locating will now be Hope Chapel of Greenville, located at 1106 South Highway 14 in Greer.


The Trade precinct polling location will now be the Tryon Recreation Center, located at 226 Oakland Avenue in Greer.


Any affected voters will receive a postcard from Greenville County Elections with the changes.


All polling locations will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on election day. Please ensure to arrive at the correct polling address according to each precinct.


In the City of Greer Municipal Election there is currently one contested race between incumbent Wayne Griffin and challenger Karuiam Booker to represent District 2 on Greer City Council. Incumbents from Council Districts 4 and 6 as well as Commissioner of Public Works are running unopposed.
