Please be aware that speed humps are not always the best solution to a traffic issue.  They sometimes do provide a safety benefits, but public acceptance of speed humps is mixed, More often than not, even responsible drivers find them to be a nuisance.

If speeding is a concern on your street contact the City Police Department at 864-848-2181 to report your concerns.  The PD has several options to explore before the City considers installing traffic calming measures.  The City Policy regarding traffic policy will be followed.
