Needmore Center Amenities
This neighborhood facility is vibrant with activities for seniors and after school programs. The center has undergone extensive renovations, including expansion and installation of a computer room, kitchen, and meetings rooms. The center also includes playground equipment, a black top basketball court, and a shelter with picnic tables.
The Needmore Center is also available to the community for rentals.
Rental Information
Deposits & Fees
- Discounted Resident Fee: $70 for two-hour minimum ($35 each additional hour)
- Non-Resident Fee: $110 for two-hour minimum ($55 each additional hour)
- Rental Deposit: 1 hour rental fee
- Security Deposit: 1 hour rental fee (refundable)
