Once your plans have been approved, you may visit the commercial construction page. If it is a residential project, please visit the residential construction page. Request an Issued Permit

Permits issued by the City of Greer may be requested by submitting a Freedom of Information Act request. This may be done online or by visiting the business office at:

Please note that, by state law, records may not be released for any commercial solicitation purpose.

Please go to eTrakit to submit for plan review for your commercial projects. You will be prompted to upload one full set of stamped drawings which should be one document. There is no file size limit. In order to complete the submission, you will be required to pay the zoning and plan review fees.
