The Planning Advisory Committee (PAC) is a technical review committee made up of representatives from each City department as well as partner agencies such as Greenville and Spartanburg Counties, school districts, Greer Commission of Public Works and SC Department of Transportation. PAC meetings are required prior to applying for site development plan/stormwater study review. They are also required for annexations/rezonings requesting DRD, Design Review District or PD, Planned Development zoning districts and adaptive reuse projects.

Meetings are held virtually the second and fourth Thursday of the month at 10am. Invitations with a Zoom link are sent out two weeks prior to the meeting. Staff will send site specific comments after the meeting, which should be considered in addition to standard comments listed below.
All Applications and supporting documents must be submitted through eTRAKiT. Once you create a login, choose Apply for a Project, select Planning Advisory Committee and enter tax map number (not address).
