Facilities & Project Management

What We Do

The Facilities & Project Management division is the newest addition to the City  of Greer Engineering Department.

Under the direction of John Goughneour, the division is responsible for the upkeep of City of Greer facilities, including the maintenance of equipment and machinery, including HVAC, building lighting systems, security, and overall facility appearance.

The division also manages City of Greer construction projects, which may include coordinating bids and proposals and helping to ensure quality control during construction.
