Program Objective

Mission Statement

Reduce pollutants in storm water runoff from the Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) to the Maximum Extent Practicable (MEP) with preventive and corrective Control Measures to:

  • Avoid exposing pollutants to storm water.

  • Reduce storm water runoff.

  • Minimize water quality impacts from exposed pollutants.

  • Minimize illicit discharges.
