Thank you for your interest in vending opportunities. The City of Greer hosts a variety of festivals and events throughout the year in which we select food and non-profit vendors. The City of Greer is dedicated to the support of local vendors who offer local products and services.

Applying for an event is not a guaranteed acceptance into the event. Event size and number of applications received will determine the amount of vendors selected. 

The City of Greer requires that all participating food vendors have a professional presentations. The look of a restaurant's booth and unique menu is important to the event committee and is a major factor in the selection process. The event committee review all applications. In the case of duplicate items, the grading criteria is as follows: food authenticity, level of innovative products and menu items, City of Greer status, booth appearance, and value of products and services.

To be eligible for any City of Greer Events, food vendors must acquire the following. ***Food vendors only

• City of Greer Business License - Fill out the Business License Information Sheet and submit to Heather Towner at Email Heather Towner or 864-968-7024

• A State of South Carolina Retail Business License. This can be found at https://dor.sc.gov/tax/registration.

• To better serve our community, the City of Greer requires all food vendors must operate in accordance with SC DHEC Regulation 61-25. For more information, please call the Environmental Health Manager at 864-372-3099.

• All food trucks must meet the 2018 International Fire Code section 319 and must be inspected yearly by City of Greer officials. To complete your inspection, please contact Fire Marshal, Scott Keeley at 864-848-2169 or Email Scott Keeley
