Happy Black History Month! This month, the City of Greer and the City of Greer Center for the Arts is partnering with local black artists to celebrate Black History and it's impact on arts and culture. "Created by Black Artists" is now on display at the Cultural Arts Center, and will host an opening reception on February 20th, with 4 featured speakers! The display will be live until March 1st!
