Needmore Recreation Center Flooring Replacement

The City of Greer will accept sealed submittals until 11 a.m. on Thursday, May 7, 2024, at Greer City Hall, 301 E Poinsett Street, Greer, SC 29651, for Project #2024-026 Needmore Recreation Center Flooring Replacement.  A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on April 24, 2024, at 1:00PM, at Needmore Recreation Center, 202 Canteen Avenue, Greer, SC 29650. Only submittals from those who attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting will be considered. Punctual attendance is required. The solicitation package may be downloaded through the "Current City Bids" link below.

The City of Greer reserves the right to:

• Reject any and all proposals

• Waive any technicalities and informalities in any proposal

• Award the proposal in the best interest of the City of Greer.

All challenges to specifications will be prohibited if not submitted in writing 5 days prior to proposal opening.
