Did you know the City of Greer Building & Development Standards Department offers a free Professional Development Academy?
The idea is to give people including developers, contractors, and other building development professionals an inside look at the department, and provide tips to get project approved on first submittal.
Registration is open now and classes start in September!
The City of Greer is working on a Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) and updated Zoning Map which will update and combine the city's Zoning Ordinance and Land Development Regulations.
