As the proud owner of Anonymous Burger in Cartwright Food Hall's main building, Chef Mike has been delighting locals with his delectable creations. Now, he's set to captivate our taste buds once again with the upcoming launch of Hendrix Chicken and Waffles in Cartwright’s charming carriage house.
At a press conference held at the Columbia State House on January 18, Governor Henry McMaster introduced Sibert as a distinguished member of the 10th-anniversary class of the ambassadors program, alongside Chef Javier Uriarte of Elgin and Chef Leslie Rohland of Bluffton. Chef Mike gained national acclaim after showcasing his culinary prowess on an episode of Guy’s Grocery Games on the Food Network. back in July of 2023.
