About the League

League age is determined by 5/1 of the current year for both Spring and Fall seasons. 

Greer Baseball Club (GBC) offers 6 different Dixie Youth leagues for your child to play and sanctions tournament play. We accept players of all skill levels for Dixie Youth League Play. All teams are coached by volunteers who are dedicated to teaching the game. Each level is slightly more competitive as you go up the age chart. We expect parents to work with their children outside of practice and games.

4U (Tee Ball) division - ages 3 and 4 years old
6U (A) division - ages 5 and 6 years old
8U (AA) division - ages 7 and 8 years old
10U (Minors) division - ages 9 and 10 years old
12U (Ozone) division - ages 11 and 12 years old
14U (Boys) division - ages 13 and 14 years old
*If you are requesting to play up you can only do that through an in office registration, or sign up for league age (and then submit an email to program director Phil Hembree)

Seasonal registration fees are $75 for City residents and $95 for out-of-City residents. Hat and jersey is included. Practice and game pants are the responsibility of parent (colors chosen by head coach).
