Greer is constantly growing and evolving, and the Planning & Development Department believes that you should be not only informed of, but involved in, that process. That’s why we are proud to announce the launch of the Building Greer Together Dashboard, our new public-facing dashboard intended to give residents, business owners, developers, community partners, and other stakeholders a real-time look at rezonings, annexations, and other development types across our city.
The dashboard is updated regularly and is designed to be both accessible and useful to everyone, whether you’re a longtime Greer resident curious about what’s happening in your neighborhood, a contractor managing an active project, or a prospective developer exploring investment opportunities in our community.
We see the Building Greer Together Dashboard as more than a data tool — it’s an ongoing conversation between our department and the people we serve. All development is the product of extensive collaboration, and this development dashboard is no different.
