Demolition at Greer Convenience Center

The City of Greer will accept sealed bids until 11 a.m., Thursday, August 15, 2024, at Greer City Hall, 301 E Poinsett Street, Greer, SC 29651 for Project #2025-001 Demolition at Greer Convenience Center. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, July 30, 2024, at 2 p.m. at the Greer Convenience Center, 315 Buncombe Street, Greer, SC 29650. Only submittals from those who attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting will be considered. Punctual attendance is required. The bid package may be downloaded through the "Current City Bids" link below.

The City of Greer reserves the right to:

• Reject any and all proposals

• Waive any technicalities and informalities in any proposal

• Award the proposal in the best interest of the City of Greer.

All challenges to specifications will be prohibited if not submitted in writing 5 days prior to proposal opening.

We are transitioning from Vendor Registry and partnering with OpenGov starting August 1, 2024, for our online portal that will allow interested parties to:
